This is a must read.
Having been confined to one of those "free speech" pens at several demonstrations, this "little noticed" provision of the Patriot Act takes dissent even further and effectively criminalizes it.
The word fascism gets thrown about a lot these days, but this is the definition of fascism, in bold, all caps, in red, underlined, and surrounded by hideous blinking html tags.

hi, just wanted to say i saw your comment on www.ijeannie.com, i can't believe how rude she and her lot are. i don't agree with her but i might listen to her opinions (same as i listen to everyone's, trying to stay open-minded) if she didn't insult everyone she doesn't agree with.
i agree with you that the warmongers are hypocritical to claim they follow a prophet who preached love and tolerance to people of all races and religions. it's also hypocritical of her to go on about "liberals rewriting history" when actually both sides do that. she seems to think conservatives are perfect. we all know that nobody is.

Hel fire, I'm glad you think I'm rude. I'm tired of trying to be kind to Libs -- The very people who are on the side of the Terrorists. You would know about hypocrits considering you call everyone you dissagree with as "warmongers". Oh, how tolerant you are! I am real and don't pretend to be something I am not. I am against terrorists, Liberals and others who are on the side of evil.
You know nothing of who I follow, so don't make off that you do! All you Libs always like to claim that you know so much about EVERYONE you have never met. Get off it, buddy. You can't fool everyone into thinking you are so smart by talking about things you have no clue about.
There are some people in this world who believe in fighting evil and savages of the world. You obviously are not one of them. That's alright, the rest of us will.
You say "peace out" but you don't know what peace is. Peace comes at the end of victory. If you really knew history, you would know that.
